By providing your phone number to a shop that uses Support Lane, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your vehicle service, including appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and service updates.
Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive service at the shop. You may also manage your communication preferences online through your service portal.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Support Lane Software Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Support Lane Software Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Support Lane Software Ltd or a Support Lane Software Ltd authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
